This wiring harness is in great pre-owned condition and works just as it should. As you can see, pots range between 272.6k and 266.

【Three-Step Installation】1. Remove the mounting screws and reinstall the new panel; 2. Desolder (or cut) the pickup leads from the old switch panel and solder them to the new panel (refer to the wiring diagram).
